Rates

For orders under $90 USD made within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $5 USD.

It will take 4-8 business days for your order to be delivered. For rural areas, please allow for an additional 1-2 days to receive your delivery.

States and territories outside of the lower 48 states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, fall under our international shipping policy. 


NZ Delivery

We use DHL for all our international orders. We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO boxes.

Outside of the US, we provide international shipping to Canada.

Returns

Returning an item

You can return items purchased within the continental United States under the following conditions:

  • They arrive damaged
  • Are incorrect /not what you ordered
  • You have changed your mind
  • Online purchases must be returned within 365 days of the original purchase date

The following is required in order to qualify for a change of mind return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all labels intact
  • Postage must be paid for by you and will not be refunded.
